Aunque ya lo hicieron hace algún tiempo, nuevamente los vecinos del pueblo joven Camino Real se quejaron ayer por la instalación de una antena de telefonía que se pretende ubicar en el cuarto piso de un hotel, ya que se viene preparando todo para su colocación, incluso ya está lista la caseta.
Esta vez no sólo fueron los vecinos sino también los pequeños estudiantes de la institución "Aprendiendo", quienes con carteles en mano, aparecieron en el lugar y exigieron la no colocación de la antena, bajo lemas que llevan en sus carteles como ¡la antena produce cáncer! y frases similares.
Lo extraño fue que por mas que se buscó al dirigente de la zona no se le encontró, por lo tanto, fueron los moradores quienes se quejaron y dijeron que hasta donde sabían la Municipalidad Provincial del Santa le otorgó un plazo a la empresa para que retire la estructura donde se colocaría la antena pero no han hecho caso.
Ante la constante queja de los moradores, ayer por la mañana, se hizo presente un representante de la Fiscalía y la comuna provincial, entre tanto también lo hizo un inspector del Ministerio de Transporte y Comunicaciones identificado como William Alayo Polo, quien aseguró que estas ondas electromagnéticas no causan daño al organismo de las personas, sin embargo, esto no causó el efecto esperado entre los quejosos que siguieron reclamando por esta instalación.
